COVID-19 SHIPPING + ORDER TERMS

Due to COVID-19’s impact on business/shipping operations and government mandated restrictions, some orders may experience delays.

We are also unable to accept returns or exchanges of any kind, in the interim.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Returns are offered only for damaged or defective items. We must be alerted of the damages within 5 days of receiving the item. Damaged or defective items must be unworn and unwashed. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please take a picture of the damages and email us within 5 days of receipt at info@glazedco.com.

Exchanges of size only are offered within 5 days from when shipment is received. All exchanges are dependent on existing stock. Exchanged items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition.

Customers are financially responsible for shipping the item back to GLAZED CO for the exchange, as well as for shipping the exchanged item back to their respective country.

No exchanges or refunds on sale items

SHIPMENTS/DELIVERY

Domestic orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of being placed and are delivered within 1-5 business days, depending on the state. International orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of being placed and can take 10-21 business days to be delivered, depending on the country.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the delivery of the products you purchase on our site.
